1. How long will my flowers last?
Most fresh arrangements last approximately 5 to 10 days with proper care. Some flowers naturally last longer than others. We’ll include simple care instructions with your order to help you enjoy them for as long as possible.
2. How far in advance should I reach out?
For everyday orders, a few days’ notice is recommended. Weddings and larger events are best booked several weeks or months in advance so we have time to plan the flowers, source thoughtfully, and bring the full design together.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and other digital payment methods. Payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm your order.
4. Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes. Same day delivery is available for select orders based on availability. For same day requests, reach out as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
5. Will my arrangment look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is made by hand and designed with the flowers available at the time of your order. While your arrangement may not be an exact replica, the overall shape, color story, scale, and feeling will remain consistent with the design shown.
6. Do you offer floral designs for wedding and events?
Yes. Nextali creates floral designs for weddings, intimate gatherings, brand activations, corporate events, restaurants, and other special occasions. We work with you to create flowers that complement the setting, atmosphere, and overall direction of the event.
